Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of DChan Release Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
DChan Release Studio provides creator workflow tools for connecting a user's YouTube channel, preparing uploads, Shorts, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, schedules, analytics, and creator recommendations. Some features may be labeled beta, experimental, or AI-assisted.
2. Accounts and invitations
The service is currently offered on a limited, invitation-only basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DChan Studio account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share another person's Google, YouTube, DChan admin, Render, Cloudflare, GitHub, or developer credentials.
3. Google and YouTube connection
YouTube access is optional and user-initiated through Google OAuth. You must connect only accounts and channels you are authorized to manage. Your use of Google and YouTube remains subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and policies. You may disconnect the channel or revoke Google authorization.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the videos, audio, images, titles, descriptions, trademarks, music, and other content you upload or submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish that content. Do not use DChan Release Studio to infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, or abuse Google/YouTube services.
5. Review before submission
DChan Studio is designed to let users review queued titles, descriptions, schedules, thumbnails, and related release details before submission. You are responsible for reviewing generated or suggested information for accuracy and suitability before publishing it to YouTube.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, recommendations, transcriptions, and other suggestions may contain errors or unsuitable material. They are assistance tools, not guarantees of performance, rankings, revenue, copyright status, or compliance. You remain responsible for the final content you approve and publish.
7. Trials, Basic Mode, and paid plans
Eligible users may receive a limited trial. Under the current product design, an unpaid account may switch to a limited Basic Mode when the trial ends. Paid-plan features, prices, limits, and availability are shown in the app and may change prospectively. Payments are processed through the configured payment provider.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the beta evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party services such as Google, YouTube, hosting, storage, payment, email, or AI providers may affect functionality outside DChan Studio's direct control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access for security issues, abuse, violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or conduct that could harm users, the service, or third-party platforms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DChan Release Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific audience growth, search ranking, monetization, or business results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information, including Google user data, is handled and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
