DChan Release StudioCreator release workflow

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DChan Release Studio ("DChan Studio", "we", "us", or "the app") accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the service, including information received through Google and YouTube APIs.

1. Information you provide

We may process account information such as your email address, password hash, creator profile settings, Creator Type or niche, timezone, trial or subscription status, badges, uploaded files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, and other information you choose to enter into the app.

2. Google and YouTube user data we access

If you choose to connect a YouTube channel, DChan Release Studio uses Google OAuth and YouTube APIs. Depending on the features you authorize and use, the app may access:

3. How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing DChan Release Studio functionality that you request. This includes connecting your channel, displaying channel information, scanning your own channel library and release schedule, preparing creator analytics and recommendations, generating channel-aware metadata or visual guidance, and uploading or managing release information when you explicitly submit an action.

When you intentionally use an AI-assisted feature, selected content or metadata relevant to that request may be processed by service providers used to generate the requested user-facing result. Google user data is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

4. Limited Use disclosure

DChan Release Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for targeted or personalized advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or provide it to data brokers or information resellers.

5. Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers to operate DChan Release Studio, such as infrastructure/hosting, encrypted storage, transactional email, payment processing, and AI processing used for features you invoke. These providers receive information only as needed to operate the relevant service. Current infrastructure may include Google/YouTube, Render, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Brevo.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of the service. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

6. Storage and security

DChan Release Studio uses reasonable technical safeguards intended to protect account and connection data. Where configured, stored YouTube OAuth connection credentials are encrypted before being persisted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and connected-service information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You can disconnect a YouTube channel from DChan Release Studio to remove the app's active stored channel connection. You may also revoke DChan Release Studio's access from your Google Account.

To request deletion of your DChan Studio account or associated stored personal data, contact ding9980@gmail.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, payment/accounting, or legal compliance.

8. Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, payment information is processed by our payment provider. DChan Release Studio does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in the application database.

9. Children

DChan Release Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. If our use of Google user data changes, the published disclosures will be updated accordingly.

11. Contact

Questions, privacy requests, or deletion requests can be sent to ding9980@gmail.com.
